Position Description

The role will be selling our flagship products and as an Account Manager within our Sales team, your role will involve:

• Achieving revenue targets from existing client base to grow existing business while building and maintaining outstanding client relationships.
• Presenting the opportunities and value of OVUM’s products and services.
• Building up long term relationships and developing account plans for revenue growth to ensure high renewal rates by account and value.
• Determining client needs and to be constantly aware of opportunities to up-sell to an organisation is a must
• Building up strategic selling, presentation, proposal writing and packaging bespoke solutions skills

The successful applicant will possess:

• A drive to succeed in sales is a necessity above all else
• Proven experience in B2B phone sales and sales experience including F2F meetings
• A degree achieved at a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline (Business related degree’s preferable)
• Strong account management and business development track record
• Experience in presenting the value of market information is desired
• Strong presentation, organisational, communication, negotiation and closing skills both by phone and F2F
• Highly developed business acumen and ability to understand the wider issues of the Technology and Telecoms industry
• Client development and retention skills to build long term profitable partnerships
