Head of Project Appraisal and Structuring Job (SVP Level) Jakarta Raya

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of agovernment-based company that is looking for the ideal professional to fill the role of Head of Project Appraisal and Structuring (SVP Level), to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. A candidate with Finance/Business/Strategic/Risk Management from overseas, with experience in Risk Management Advisory and Infrastructure projects is highlighted. The winning candidate will report directly to the COO and has the authority to set SOP appraisals, decide tools of appraisal and structuring, as well as approving appraisal reports and evaluation reports.

Responsibilities: Develop action plan in alignment with annual budget Ensure continuous improvement to increase productivity of the division Provides counsel to Transaction and Guarantee Advisory and Lead of Advisory as well as Underwriting team Develop job specifications and job descriptions for both internal and external members Conduct appraisals based on the job specifications and job descriptions Create Terms of Reference for consultants or external appraisers Conduct risk management to ensure the risk of the project from every possible perspective Create Letter of Intent to propose to BOD Negotiate with Co-Guarantor Ensure process and risk evaluations can be held accountable  and in alignment with the company Collaborate with underwriting, project monitoring, transaction and guarantee advisory, procurement, and finance team Requirements: Masters/Post-graduate degree in Business/Strategic/Risk Management/Finance & Accounting Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial industry Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling Infrastructure projects Experience in risk management, valuation and vendor management Excellent leadership skills Excellent communication skills (able to communicate throughout all channels/levels) Fluent English All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
