1. ASST. DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales management capacity in the hospitality industry.
Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills;
A good understanding of current business trends, source markets, electronic business channels, team development and guidance skills are essential.
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to develop, plan and implement short to long term goals
2. SALES EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in similar position
Male or Female
Good communication skill and willing to work in target
Highly motivated person to drive revenue through related online channels
Positive attitude, dynamic, well presented and creative thinking
Has knowledge of current marketing trends
Strong communication, sales and presentation skill.
3. ASST. HRM
Requirements:
Good personality
Strong in Human Resources
Flexible in time working hours
Strong Leadership and motivation skills
Good knowledge in license, labor law, government regulation, employee agreement, employee compensation and benefit, employee dispute settlement, employee training and development, manpower administration and validation, etc
Strong in labor law and government regulation and employee administration such as employee database, attendance record, leave record, medical premium calculation, BPJS registration and calculation, overtime record and calculation
