Location: Indonesia - Jakarta Closing date: 10-Jan-2014
Role Purpose:

Implement & monitor Competency assessment program for all level to get the Job person match. Coordinates an appropriate method of assessment with pointed institution. Update Assessment result to the system. Maintain Competency database in the system

Qualification & Experience:

1. Min. Bachelor degree (Psychology, HR Management, Economy)
2. 3-5 years of working experiences in related field
3. Having skill & knowledge (talent management, competency development, HR management)
4. Fluent in English
