Facilities Maintenance Officer (CAD – FMO – 02)Sulawesi Tengah
Responsibilities:
- Execute, monitor and review general maintenance activities required in Facilities Management area which includes, but not limited, electrical, electrical works, mechanical works, general installation at all DSLNG own, rent, or leased by or managed by DSLNG, and other activities related with Facilities Management to maintain the performance of the workforce, optimum efficiency at a minimum cost in providing reliable and efficient services to all departments
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance program
- Applying Maintenance Life Cycle programs within maintenance section
- Ensure the maintenance activities of all facilities, properties and other general services assets are periodically monitored
- Ensure that principal maintenance activities including corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, and their related scheduling, assessment of goods and lifecycle program are appropriately implemented and review them time to time
- Ensure coordination of maintenance activities with contractor and the sub-contractor is appropriately managed
- Ensure that all maintenance equipment is available and in operation
- Ensure that the necessary forms at maintenance section are available
- Ensure all maintenance related filings and documentation are well-managed and put in-order
- Implement all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policy and procedure in the workplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least have 3 years in maintenance area
- Has a good interpersonal and communication skill, also able to communication in English, both of written and oral
- Possess a good attitude, integrity, work standard, continuous improvement, good analytical skills, and good safety awareness
- Willing to assigned to Site (Luwuk) with the fixed site schedule
