Project & Asset Development Superintendent
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects have to be done through adequate Feasibility Study process and documented in the Project Proposal approved by the relevant parties in the company group.
- Ensure the orderly administration of all documents in the implementation of development projects so that the Adaro Persada Mandiri assets development process can be run on time, with a good quality, and operational processes can run smoothly in accordance with the standards and needs of end users.
- Develop methods and business development strategies of each company's assets so that the target of increasing the value of assets of the company will be achieved.
- Asset Administration in cooperation with the Superintendent to monitor the status of the coordination process improvement are verified and registered Adaro Persada Mandiri implemented by the Asset Management Staff appropriate strategies and guidance established by the Compliance Manager
- In collaboration with the Compliance Manager in developing methods for requesting and managing HGU / HGB in accordance with land management plans APM assets spread across several provinces in Indonesia.
- In cooperation with the Ministry of Land Compensation / Land Asset of the company IUP in Adaro group to coordinate the planning of physical security assets Adaro Persada Mandiri operations are in the area of the IUP
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Economic, or Bussiness Management with min.GPA 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience as Asset Management assistant Manager(preferably from Real Estate/ Industry Development).
- Good Financial Analysis Skill.
- Strong Monitoring & Controlling Skills.
- Fluency in english is a must.
- Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization.
- Target oriented.
- Good analytical thinking.
