Radio Access Network Operation Engineer

(Jakarta)

Job Description :

Handling Daily BS/BTS & Microwave Network OM (Operation & Maintenance)
Level 2 support for Radio Access & Transmission Network
Ensure Network KPI & SLA targets of Radio Access & Transmission Element achieved
Coordinate with Manage Service Vendor and/or BGA Regional Technical Team in daily OM Activities
Assess and controlling configuration changes in Radio Access & Transmission Network (CR, Troubleshooting & optimization process)
Coordinate with 3rd Party Vendor related with Radio Access & Transmission element (such as tower, PLN, site owner etc) in daily OM activities

Preference :

Education : Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication
Age : 23 - 35 years old
Experience : Minimal 2 years as Radio Access Network (BTS & Transmission) Engineer

Knowledge & Skill :

Having knowledge on telecommunication system
Having knowledge on TCP/IP and internet network
Having knowledge in Wimax Network System
Having experience in Radio Access & Transmission Network (BSS Wireless, Microwave, Metro-E etc)
Having experience in BSS RAN & Microwave Huawei/ZTE LMT tools
Fast Learner, Able to work on call 24x7, Good in Technical Analysis and Problem solver
Good in English both Oral and Written
