Sales Technical-RF Engineer/Regional Account Manager


Responsibilities:

SCOPE :
  • To build up competence for all aspects of radio telecommunications and especially radio network site mapping analysis and advise part, to ensure timely and high quality input to the sales & marketing organization and to customer
TASKS :
  • Support account managers in selling vertical tower space on existing and developing tower sites.
  • Create detailed maps.
  • Create, collect and manage large amounts of data.
  • Maintain quality/integrity of information.
  • Interaction with operator and equipment vendor RF Network Planning and Site Acquisition Staff.
  • Provide technical creativity in solving problems

Requirements:
  • Understand radio frequency fundamentals and understanding of RF design and optimization activities for a wireless service provider.
  • Must be familiar with GIS software such as MapInfo, Google Earth and basic RF planning tools
  • Perform link budget analysis, design criteria, traffic analysis, population density
  • Perform report generation
  • Perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities
  • Ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration
  • Analyze equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different wireless technologies (including: GSM, CDMA, WiMAX and LTE)
  • Perform inter-modulation analysis
  • Familiar with ancillary RF equipment such as TMAs, AISG, RET antennas, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT :
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Have a solid experience minimum 3 years in RF Plan/Opti (GSM or CDMA)
  • Able to operate planning tools (Map Info,Google Earth, Asset/Mentum/Atol)
  • Well understanding within Mobile Technology and trends (GSM, UMTS, WIMAX, LTE)
  • Have a home base in Medan, Surabaya, Balikpapan or Makassar
  • Willing to travel frequently to the customer areas in each region
  • Eager to learn, Outstanding creating and conduct presentation
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Good team work and well accepted without any bad record or complained from customers
  • Good English proficiency both in Oral and Writing
  • Microsoft Office Literate
  • Preferably Male with well manner and appearance, age max 30 years
