Bali Safari and Marine Park is a leading resort and amusement park in Bali, and home to hundreds exotic wildlife and endangered species. We're seeking young, extra ordinary and talented candidates to be a part of our professional team, for the following exciting position :

General Affair Supervisor
Bali

Responsibilities:

Managing an organization's reputation with the public in general and clients in particular.

Maintaining a favorable image of the company in the world of business.

Can create a strong corporate image for his company, which would get other corporate players, interested in entering into business with it.

Communicating the company's policy, this effort may use all forms of media and communications.

Actively involved in preparing publicity brochures, handouts, promotional videos and multimedia programs that serve to reach the company's policies to the public.

Ensures that effective press releases are written by the team and that they compile comprehensive information about the company, for the media.

Responsible for organizing press conference, exhibitions and press tours.

Bridge between the company, the media, and other organizations.

Answers all questions related to the company's strategies.

Evaluates the advertising and promotional programs and ensures that it is compatible with the target audience.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mass Communications, Law or equivalent, Public Speaking, Human Resource Management, Marketing Communication major

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.

Full-Time position(s) available.

Male or Female, maximum 40 years old.

Show strong leadership qualities and the ability to successfully complete projects.

Good managerial and communications skills.

Good listener and a good observer.

To know, to observe, study and report on social, economic and political trends that might promote or boost or affect the progress of the company.

Understand how the media works.

Able to think out of the box and react quickly. At least has 3 years experience as Public Relation
