Reservation Staff
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya) - Harmoni - Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities:

Selling room reservations and provide excellence customer service to our callers and guests

Answer incoming reservation calls accordance with the company standards

Make reservations approriately and accurately

Requirements:

Male/Female, Maks. 28 years old, High School or Diploma Degree from any field.

Applicants must be willing to work in Harmoni - Jakarta Pusat.

1-2 years of previous reservations experience is advantage

Ability to tactfully sell and upsell, good appearance and well grooming

Telephone etiquette & Strong guest service skills

Excellent communication and self motivated

Ability to problem solve and detail oriented
