Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and placement based on manpower planning, starting from hiring to terminating.
• Use psychological tools and analyzed the result.

Requirements:

• S1 Psychology background
• Having minimum of 1 years experiences in Recruitment area, preferable is from Consumer Goods industry
• Female, under 30 years
• Posses in document and filling
• Good analytical and great making concept
• Creative, Initiative, hard worker, Strong motivation, and ready to work under pressure
• Having pleasant personality and communication skill
• High motivated and able to work in a team
• Familiar with psychological tools
• Posses in Recruitment Selection, Training Development, and Organization - Talent Management
• Willing to be placed in Mampang, South Jakarta
