Mining operations in Asia, Africa & America is expanding its
operation in many folds. The Group is having a dynamic and vibrant team
of multi ethnic, highly experienced and motivated work force with proven
tract record for time bound execution of various projects across the
Globe. As a part of major expansion programme in Indonesia the Group
invites the qualified candidates to fill the following positionfor its operations in Sulawesi, Kalimantan and Sumatera :

Responsibilities:
- Responsible and ensure all mining activity running well and comply with all government regulations and procedures at the site
- In charge of health safety and environment
- Prepare mining, safety and environment report
Requirements:
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
- Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
- Posses KTT / Hold Certificate POMor POP
- Fluent in English both oral & written, Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Expert in Mining Operations, Including environmental, health & safety aspects
- Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
- Manage and control all civil work, construction and land compensation
- Create Good Mining Practice
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Able to make project budget preparation and control
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/corporate
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- To be located in Sumatera/ Kalimantan / Sulawesi, with rotation schedule
