SITE MANAGER (SITE)
Responsibilities- Responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects.
- Responsible for project execution and customer satisfaction for electrical distribution and automation projects.
- Do coordination within internal and external organization.
- Ensure delivery materials and services performance, and responsive to customers.
- To prepare sites prior to the commencement of construction work (to set out the site and organise facilities),
- To plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales and to oversee building work.
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Team up with other professionals like sub contractors, consultants and client’s representatives in order to make sure that the job is completed within budget and on time
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power)
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, contract management and costing.
- Good in communication skills, problem solving skills, commercial awareness, motivational and team working skills.
- Willing to be placed in any region of Indonesia
