Purchasing Officer (PUC) _ Klender Base
Jakarta Raya - Klender & Cibitung

Responsibilities:
  • To find the supplier that able to fill our requirement in term of price / quality / quality of service / security of procurement
  • To support other department on finding supplier and material with competitive price
  • Investigate the market possibilities and select suppliers
  • Set up and negotiation contract base on price, lead time, quality, term of payment and other condition if any.
  • Maintain data base for creation, updating price, term of payment, packing, minimum quantity order, lead time.
  • Settlement disputes concerning repetitive lead time, price, technique specification, quality problem
  • Supplier performance : evaluation and corrective action request ( out group )
  • Improve the respond to internal customer request
  • Find local supplier in order to get cost reduction.
  • To ensure the activity comply to Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Having min. 2 years experience in the same field is preferable.
  • Good knowledge in export / import procedure, Contractual terms ( include incoterm ), and Services / Non Production Market  know how
  • Skillful in negotiation ( aptitude ), economical analyze, Quality and SHE know how
  • Proficiency in English (oral & written)
  • Familiar with SAP program
  • Willing to be placed in Klender & Cibitung.
