Global Maritime is a leading consultant for offshore engineering design and marine operationservices on a world-wide basis. The Group has been consistently engaged on major marine offshoreprojects for over 28 years. Our Regional office in Jakarta is inviting dynamic individuals for the following challenging position.

Marketing/Proposal Assistant (Jakarta Base)

Desired Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will hold the following skills and qualifications:

• Diploma qualification or higher
• Min. 2 years related experience
• Have a Marketing Experiences in Oil and Gas Industries would be preferred
• Familiar with BPMIGAS PTK 007 procedure

Job Description
The key dimensions of the role include:

• Assist  in the proposal preparation
• Support the Business Development Executive in the Marketing/Proposal administration
• Assist in Proposal documentation
• Keep the Marketing/Proposal documentation updated
• Work in a project team and assistance to Business Development Executive
• Maintain a solid and structured filing
• Other duties as assigned by superior

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Female candidate preferred
• Max. Age 24 years old
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Proactive, able to show initiative in problem solving
• Pleasant, independent, self-motivated, spontaneous, responsible, Independent, and IT savvy
• Interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Organized, keen and fast learner with a positive attitude, hardworking and diligent
