Management Trainee (Human Resources)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual total Manpower strategy for Production and Office area
• Manpower planning operation & maintaining its indicator to lead recruitment operation
• Analyzing manpower impact to labor cost
• Involve in Productivity improvement.

With those responsibilities you will be coordinating with Plant function, Production control and Top management.

Requirements:

• UNIVERSITY Graduatemajoring Industrial Engineer with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
• Preferably maximum age is 27 years old
• Fresh Graduate or having 1 –2 year experience in the same field will be advantages
• Good in Logical Number and Computer Literature (Excel spread Sheet & Database program related)
• Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
• High initiative with good analysis and teamwork
• Fluent in English both oral & written
