Customer Service (For Shipping Company)

Responsibilities:
- The provision of exceptional customer service with timely and accurate responses to queries, and completion of required tasks effectively and efficiently liaising with internal business commercial teams
- Tracking and monitoring all services offered by the Company in Ocean Freight by trade lane for various customer groups and prepare respective shipment reports
- Ensuring ongoing consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer queries and issues.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Finance/Accountancy/BankingLogistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kemayoran,Jakarta Pusat.
- A good team player
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
