Legal Counsel
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, drafting and finalizing car rental contracts, house rentals contract, hauling roads construction contracts, bridge and weight bridge construction contract.
  
• Give legal opinion and legal consideration to any contracts entered by the company with its counterpart.
  
• Make sure that every contracts are in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations
  
• Give solution and advices to users about any consequences that might arise towards any contracts entered by the Company.
  
• Attend every meeting and represent the companies during negotiation process.
  
• Structuring transactions
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): advocate license, BAR Certification will be preffered.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
