Content Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the content of all DSLNG messaging materials, including but not limited to brochure, booklet, video, intranet and website to ensure updated and consistent message for DSLNG's image.
• Review and suggest the content for all DSLNG communication materials.
• Suggest new pages and features in the intranet/website to ensure that the website is updated, well-functioning, visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Coordinate with other units in managing files, especially the ones related to project progress, company events and activities.
• Participate as team member in special events, especially to manage the content/message to be communicated, such as presentations and exhibitions
• Manage and maintain the content of DSLNG messaging materials to be updated accordingly in relations to text, photos, etc.
• Develop a repository system to manage progress/update and presentations through coordination with team members.
• Develop monthly activity report.
• Contribute and monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Internal Communication area.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience (for Diploma graduates), or 3-5 years of experience (for Bachelor graduates) in managing content and production for websites and data management
• Experienced in the administration and possess the knowledge of configuration management
• Willing to be placed at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi
• Good analytical skill
• Able to provide support and trouble troubleshooting
• Critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, including good written and oral communication skills
• Strong abstract reasoning skills
• Time management skills
