We currently need :

CATI Executive (CATI-E)

Major Responsibilities : 

• Maintenance voice recording and database
• Monitoring and troubleshooting telephony and computer devices
• Responsible for all Computer Aided Telephony Interview operations and administrations

Requirements :

• Holds minimum Bachelor (S-1) from well recognized University
• Familiar with outbound call center management work flow or call center software system
• One or Two years experiences in call center and/ or Market Research industries is preferable
• Computer literate, like basic PC troubleshooting, MS Office
• Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
• Able to work with tight deadlines and
• Fast learner and self-taught person
