Safety and Health Engineer
Jawa Barat - Cikarang

Responsibilities:

1. Manage safety and health program

• Ensure the implementation of Safety and Health Management System
• Implement L'Oreal and local regulation
• Manage risk assessment, safety validation, and safety inspection
• Manage and provide leadership on the implementation of contractors safety program
• Manage the employee participation program, including the animation of functioning EHS Committee
• Manage & implement safety campaign and training program

2. Manage industrial hygiene and ergonomic program
3. Manage emergency preparedness organization
4. Manage continuos improvement program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, from Engineering, Health/Safety, or equivalent.
• Having minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having strong knowledge & skill in EHS Management System (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), risk assessment technique, local EHS regulation, internal auditor, Ahli K3.
• Having strong leadership, communication, and manage complexity.
• Strong command in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work in Cikarang.
