Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any dicipline .
- Having strong understanding about Indonesia labor law both in concept and practice.
- Having good persuasion and negotiation skill.
- Experience in dealing with union , man power department and other local authority will be preferable.
- Having good communication and facilitation skill.
- Having good relationship or networking with related parties .
- Having 2 -3 years experience in Industrial and Employee Relations field.
- Required skill(s): Computer literate,active English.
