Receptionist
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from guests and deliver to related employee
• Receiving and serve guest/customer who come to office and asked who wants to meet with
• Make record for incoming letters, than distribure to related employees.

Requirements:

• Female, age 20-25 years
• Minimum SMU/Diploma degree
• At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist/Customer Service
• Good English Communication skill (can speak japaneese is an advantage)
• Friendly person and easy to adapt with new environment
