Procurement Supervisor
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and approves purchase order placement of buyers for accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
• Negotiating and supervising supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Participate in the development of specifications for services, equipments, products, supplies or substitute materials.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa and English
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Proficient in the use of computer based office tools (Ms. Office)s
• Have strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
