Requirements:
- Pendidikan Min S1 Teknik Lingkungan, Antropologi, Kesehatan masyarakat (Jurusan K3), Kehutanan (Jurusan Budidaya Hutan dan Konservasi Sumber Daya Hutan)
- Khusus untuk Jurusan K3 lebih disukai jika memiliki sertifikat AK 3 umum (ahli K3 Umum)
- Memahami tentang HCV (High Conservation Value) bagi yang berlatar belakang kehutanan
- Memahami tentang Amdal bagi yang berlatar belakang Teknik Lingkungan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah operasional perusahaan
