VAS Operational Manager

Key accountabilities and requirements:

• Managing tasks related to VAS network elements, including daily VAS operational management including planned work R2 approval and performance control
• Managing business partners operational performance, including supervising VAS related network incidents and serve as escalation point
• Responsible for VAS Operations, VAS Projects and Planning, and Business User Management
• Ability to coordinate and resolve issues between vendors and technical partners and peers
• Ensuring that all VAS systems are available and perform optimally and coordinating of new service and platform deployment
• Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills, excellent stress tolerant and able to handle critical network incidents
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Telecom industry.
